RealtorIQ ("we", "us") operates realtoriq.ca. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

Information you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your preferred training date and time, and the message you write. We also record the page you submitted from, your IP address, and browser type to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To respond to your request, book and deliver training, send pricing and program details, and — only if you tick the box — send marketing resources and training updates. Enquiries are stored in RealtorIQ's own database so our team can follow up.

Who sees it

RealtorIQ staff and trainers. Our website and database are hosted on the same cPanel account as this site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Email marketing (CASL)

You'll only receive marketing email if you gave express consent. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email info@realtoriq.ca to be removed at any time.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing info@realtoriq.ca or calling (416) 522-2148.
